How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made by hand with specific measurements and elective finishes. After placing your order, it will be made within the next 5-7 days. The order then makes its way to USPS where it will take an additional 3-5 days to arrive to you! I ask that you allow up to 14 days to receive your handmade items. If your order is outside of this frame, I will personally email you a different time frame.

Gold filled chain has multiple layers of gold that serves as the outer diameter to its base metal. Gold filled chain is durable, dense and tarnish resistant. It is a cheaper alternative to solid gold but without the sacrifice in quality.

Gold plated has a single layer of gold that is plated to the base metal. This is a cheaper alternative to gold filled. This plating is not as durable and long lasting as gold filled. However, with proper care, the gold won’t fade! Caution while wearing these metals in salt water, shower and while sweating.

Refunds & Shipping

All sales are final. Exceptions include items arriving damaged or packages being lost in the mail. At checkout, you will have the option of adding additional insurance to your order. Each package automatically comes with $100 worth of insurance under USPS Ground shipping policies. If your order is lost or damaged, this ensures your package up to the purchased amount. Once shipped, I follow the tracking history via USPS. It is up to the buyer to contact USPS for shipping issues or lost packages. You may apply for a ticket for a lost package and follow the protocols with USPS.

For damaged packages, please reach out to me via text, email or DM so that I can determine if the damage is designer or shipping related. The chances are low for lost and damaged packages, yet still possible.

If the item is within the 45 day purchase window, your repair is free.

For items outside of the 45 day purchase window:

After reviewing the request, I can quote a price. Repairs cost a minimum of $10 to repair & others may cost to add lost/damaged pearls. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to me, and I am responsible for shipping it back to you. .

For damaged hardware that was not crafted by fraypearls (earring studs, crystal charms, chains etc.) you will be charged for the supply to replace since this is an out sourced item.
